A Nature's Garden customer service representative is available to answer your questions. Send us an email or call (715) 246-2233 (M-F, 8am-3pm CDT). Orders placed after noon will be processed the next business day. We strive to have domestic orders out within 5-7 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock via email. International orders will vary depending upon shipping method and final destination.
Return Policy
Nature's Garden is happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt. Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping box.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
